Welcome to the Rutheron Water Association! Since 1987, we've been proudly serving our community here in Rutheron and the surrounding areas of Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. As your local non-profit water association, we're committed to ensuring our neighbors have reliable access to water for their homes and daily needs. Our member-based organization is managed by a dedicated Board of Directors who live and work right here in our community.
